About Us
At TRILUNA, we believe wellness isn’t just about what’s on your plate or how often you roll out your mat—it’s about community, joy, and the ability to show up fully as yourself. We created TRILUNA to redefine what wellness can be: less about perfection and more about people. Less exclusive, more expansive. Grounded in reality, rooted in care.
We’re Elizabeth Moore and Ashley Brooke James, two women who came to wellness the hard way—through burnout, imbalance, and the deep realization that the world we were working in wasn’t built for sustainable living. We met during yoga teacher training and immediately recognized in each other a shared mission: to make wellness more honest, more human, and more accessible to everyone.
Together, we bring different strengths to that mission. Ashley brings bold vision, deep community roots, and a fierce commitment to representation. She’s a powerhouse of presence—an advocate, teacher, and speaker who creates spaces where people feel genuinely seen, especially those historically left out of wellness conversations. Her work is grounded in justice, joy, and community-building that doesn’t just include—it prioritizes.
Elizabeth is a strategist and storyteller by trade, and a community-builder by calling. With a background in branding and experience design, she’s committed to challenging the predatory, perfectionist narratives that often plague the wellness industry. Her work focuses on accessibility, integrity, and creating space for all people to explore what well-being actually means—for them.
Through TRILUNA, we’ve built a wellness agency that partners with companies, conferences, and individuals to design unforgettable, community-rooted experiences—from high-touch retreats and corporate wellness programming to joy-forward activations like silent discos, sound baths, and mindful happy hours. Whether we’re leading yoga for 10 or hosting a guided meditation for 1,000, we’re doing it with one goal in mind: to build a more inclusive, connected, and sustainable path to well-being.
Because at its best, wellness doesn’t isolate—it brings us together.
Our core values are the lifeblood of our company.
They guide our policies, they inform our every day actions, and they create the foundation of each one of our events. These aren’t just pie-in-the-sky goals or corporate jargon. To us, they are everything. They guide our policies, they inform our everyday actions, and they create the foundation of each one of our events. These aren’t just pie-in-the-sky goals or corporate jargon. To us, they are everything.
We believe that diversity and community matter.
Wellness is more than self-care. True well-being happens at the intersection of self-care, access, environment, and community. We are only as well as our community is well.
Our wellness is grounded in mental well-being.
Health should support your life, not consume it. We believe everyone is deserving of the kind of wellness that fits their lifestyle in realistic and sustainable ways that prioritize mental health. What works for one person may not work for another. Context, background, and preference all matter.
We understand that the way we gather matters.
People want to feel safe, included, and celebrated. We go beyond the expected to curate events and activations that encourage people to build meaningful relationships, engage with their community, and uncover the wellness that works for them.
