Because we wanted to create an experience to last a lifetime, we coordinated workshops, classes, meals, and events to inspire, nourish, and entertain. Go to every event or sit on the porch and drink wine all day. We built in lots of room for rest, breaks, and even exploring Lake Tahoe (shopping, anyone?). It’s your event, so make it whatever you want!

Thursday | April 30
2:00–6:00 PM | Guest Arrivals + Registration
Settle in, grab a cozy snack, and ease into the retreat with a warm welcome and soon-to-be-familiar faces.
4:30 PM | Happy Hour, Meet & Greet, Craft Corner
Kick things off with a sip, a new friend, and a little hands-on creativity to break the ice.
6:15 PM | Welcome Gathering + Orientation
Get grounded in the weekend ahead and meet your retreat community.
6:30 PM | Relaxed Dinner
A nourishing, seasonal meal shared together to mark the start of your weekend.
8:30 PM | Candlelight Restorative Yoga + Intention Setting
Unwind with a gentle practice, melt into your mat, and set your tone for the retreat.
9:30 PM | Fireside S’mores — Chill or Turn In Early: Your Choice!
Close the evening with dessert and good conversation—or turn in early for deep rest.

10:30 AM | Morning Yoga Flow + Essential Oil Bar
A joyful, feel-good flow on the roof deck, and a DIY essential oil roller station to take home a little calm.

6:00 PM | Taqueria Night - A festive, elevated dinner featuring artisan tacos, vibrant flavors, and good company.

10:00 AM | High Energy Vinyasa Flow
A heart-opening, body-awakening yoga practice led by TRILUNA co-founder AB.
11:30 AM | Refreshing Cold Plunge in Lake Tahoe
Follow your high energy flow with a quick dip in a very cold Lake Tahoe!
2:00 PM | Choose Your Outdoor Adventure
Pick your pace: a leisurely walk or a scenic bike ride in the mountain air.
4:00 PM | Restorative Yoga Session and Meditation
A deeply relaxing, stretchy restorative yoga class led by meditation and extra-long shavasana.
7:00 PM | Supper Club with a View
Dress in your coziest chic and join us for a celebratory lakeside dinner with warmth, views, and connection.
Sunday | May 3
8:00–10:00 AM | Grab + Go Breakfast
One last morning together includes good coffee and time to pack.
9:00 AM | Morning Yoga: Down Dogs + Donuts
A playful, feel-good flow followed by—you guessed it—donuts and coffee.
10:00 AM | Retreat Recap + Gratitude Circle
Reflect, share, and close the weekend in community.
11:00 AM | Departures (Transportation included.)
