Because we wanted to create an experience to last a lifetime, we coordinated workshops, classes, meals, and events to inspire, nourish, and entertain. Go to every event or sit on the porch and drink wine all day. It’s your event so make it whatever you want!

Thursday | October 2nd
2:00–6:00 PM | Guest Arrivals + Registration
Settle in, grab a cozy snack, and ease into the retreat with a warm welcome and soon-to-be-familiar faces.
4:30 PM | Happy Hour, Tarot Readings, Craft Corner
Kick things off with a sip, a card pull, and a little hands-on creativity to break the ice.
6:15 PM | Welcome Gathering + Orientation
Get grounded in the weekend ahead and meet your retreat community.
6:30 PM | Relaxed Dinner
A nourishing, seasonal meal shared together to mark the start of your weekend.
8:30 PM | Candlelight Restorative Yoga + Intention Setting
Unwind with a gentle practice, melt into your mat, and set your tone for the retreat.
9:30 PM | Fireside S’mores — Chill or Turn In Early: Your Choice!
Close the evening with dessert and good conversation—or turn in early for deep rest.
Friday | October 3rd

Grab something nourishing and slow-roll into the day.
8:30 AM | Nature Hike + Meditation Walk
10:30 AM | Morning Yoga Flow + Essential Oil Bar + Mimosa (and Mockmosa) Bar
A joyful, feel-good flow on the roof deck, plus a mimosa bar and a DIY essential oil roller station to take home a little calm.
12:30 PM | Community Lunch
2:00 PM | Break Time: Snacks, Rest, Hot Tub, Shopping, or On-Site Massages
5:00 PM | Offsite Happy Hour + Snacks
6:00 PM | Taqueria Night - A festive, elevated dinner featuring artisan tacos, vibrant flavors, and good company.
8:30–9:00 PM | Evening Community Circle + Fireside S’mores
Saturday | October 4th

One last morning together includes good coffee and time to pack.
