Your time with us is yours. We will have plenty of activities for you to join…or not join! Choose what speaks to you and spend the rest of the time relaxing, engaging with nature, or making new friends.

Kick off! Happy Hour + Crafting
This is where it all begins. We’ll introduce ourselves and you’ll get to meet your fellow retreat goers over crafts and drinks (or not!) as you settle into your retreat experience.

A TRILUNA dinner is never just dinner, this will be an intentional time to connect and engage with what brought you to our retreat.

Intention Setting + Candlelight Restorative Yoga with TRILUNA’s Co-Founders
Intention setting for your time with us. Before class, we will set intentions for the retreat to reflect on while we rest. Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice this class is designed to drop you into the rest portion of your retreat experience. We won’t judge you if you fall asleep (unless you snore). You’re here to take what you need.

A chance to share what we’re asking in and release what’s holding us back. Put on your coziest pj and get ready to share (or listen, depending on how you’re feeling).
