Activities

From Dinner Under The Stars to Workshops

Participate in the supper club, the retreat, or combine them for the full experience. This is your time and if you're here just to make friends and drink wine that's fine with us too. Activities include:

Supper Club

Friday night is our Supper Club featuring live music, a three-course meal from Chef Cleveland, and a panel of incredible community leaders navigating the future of building and highlighting community post-pandemic. The meal is naturally gluten free but there is an option to make it vegan if that’s your thing!

Community circles

Saturday begins the retreat which is all about connection. You’ll make friendships that will last a life time, this time from your screens, where everyone finds themselves on a level playing field. We’ll share our intentions, release what no longer serves us, and work on manifesting what we most want. This is a powerful experience and we all leave changed as a result.

Yoga + Movement

Our yoga classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner you will find what you need in our classes. We are Hatha Yoga trained which means one movement to one breath. We focus on breath work, alignment, meditation, strength, and relaxation. Great for toning the body, mind, and spirit!

Workshops!

This retreat will feature three workshops! The first is our “Cozy Yoga + Pumpkin Spice” because: fall. It will be restorative yoga and honest talk about mental health. Lunch is a cooking class featuring Chef Keshia Hay. Our final will be with truth seeker and speaker Kenya Raymer all about using intuition for self-care. Do every workshop or go a massage. It’s all up to you!

I feel rejuvenated! An absolute dream experience. This team is fabulous, friendly, and outstandingly generous. They thought of everything one needs to find their inner peace and I’m beyond grateful to be wrapped in the circle of love TRILUNA has created.
